After reading a book called Staying Sane by Raj Persaud I’ve decided to start taking multivitamins.  It seems that even a mild lack of one of the key B vitamins can cause a whole heap of trouble for your moods and nervous system health.

Thiamine and Riboflavin are key to the health of your centra nervous system and your body can’t store much of it.  Whats more is that a lot of people – even in the West – are deficient in it.
