Well today being my scheduled EIT I finally summoned the energy into it.  Having not been well over the past few days I wans’t hopeful but I managed to pull through with flying colours and complete 30 mins of Bas Ruttens MMA workout.

That started with two 2min rounds of all-round fighting.

Then the rest of the time was spent (25mins) working on the all round workout:

  • Push Ups
  • Abs
  • Biceps/Neck
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Jump Squats
  • Lunges
  • Shadow Boxing

I feel immense after that.  I can’t recommend Bas’ workout audios enough – get them!!
