This is getting too easy!!
I started with 2 x 2min rounds of Bas Ruttens Thai Boxing audio as a warm up. After that I did his 30 min MMA Workout Routine 1. It was tiring as it always is, but his finisher at the end…? Well normally I’d collapse on the ground spitting sweat into the air. I got to the end of the finisher and just stayed standing and catching my breath.
Its always worth wearing all your MMA gear when doing a combat workout like this. It gets you used to the heat, weight and feel of wearing it.
What a wicked feeling – to suddenyl realise: “Hey when I used to do this it killed me. Now look!!”.
I’m gonna go up a gear in the not too distant future.

- Sit Ups: 10 x 2 sets
- Dumb Bell Side Bends: 10 x 2 sets
It’s worth mentioning that during the MMA workout theres about 5 abs workouts lasting 15-30 secs each so plenty of ab work was done today when taking that into account.
