I decided to go all out today and hammer my body to hell. The past few days have been too sedentary for my liking including missing my usual conditioning workout yesterday for greasing the groove (rubbish excuse).
Well today I’ve been greasing the groove with my usual push ups, pull/chin ups, etc.
But also…
In the morning I did a 30 min Bas Rutten MMA Workout. This bastard had me on the floor at the end – it almost killed me. Then later on – in fact I just finished – I did 8 x 3 minute rounds of all round fighting audio. Which was shadow sparring, sprawls, push ups, etc. Again – it almost killed me.
This has given me one hell of an apetite and so I’m shovelling a chicken breast down right now. Thats on top of the chicken curry I had 2 hours ago.
Much deserved I think.
Maximal strength will come tomorrow now which means this week I won’t have had a scheduled rest day. However, due to the lightweight nature of the past few days I don’t think I need one. Roll on next week and more intensity!!
