Revised Programme

As I’ve been reading more and more of Ross’ books (there’s 3 – its taking a while!) and learning form experience I feel I can evolve the programme into something more fitting for me.
So after I’ve had the active rest split I’ll be tweaking it to follow this schedule:

Day 15: Isometrics/Rest

I skipped the core as that area was feeling less than spectacular after tomorrows illness.  Concentrated on isometrics instead.

Wall Punches: 3 sets
Desk Lists: 3 sets

Day 9: Forearms & Isometrics

Well I’m mixing it up again here for convenience.  I’m beginning to realise I may need to squeeze my workouts into unusual places.  I’ve heard of calf raises in the shower – in fact I may do a post on doing exercises when you’re lacking time/place.

My ICT workout almost killed my legs and then hacking my hams on strength yesterday as well as a ju jutsu class has really knackered my body so I’m going to break away from Ross’s programme which means missing an Enhanced Interval Training session but I’ll do that tomorrow.
