Day 33: MMA Workout

Using Bas Ruttens workout audios.  I did 2 x 3 minute rounds of the thai boxing before going onto the 30 minute MMA All Rund Workout.
That involved a bit of everything: Shadow boxing/kicking, push ups, abs, lunges, jumping squats, mountain climbers, etc, etc.
Almost killed me at the end with a wicked finisher of knee jumps.

Day 29: Bas Rutten Workout

Well today being my scheduled EIT I finally summoned the energy into it.  Having not been well over the past few days I wans’t hopeful but I managed to pull through with flying colours and complete 30 mins of Bas Ruttens MMA workout.

Day 10: Bas Rutten Workout +

Today was meant to be an Enhanced Interval Training day but as I needed to catch up on a few body parts I started the day with some strength training of the calves:
Single Calf Raise: 15 reps x 3 sets
