19) Remove limits from your expectations...you may just suprise yourself. In an absent-minded moment, I&#039;ve picked up a heavier dumbell or put more weight on the squat rack, or lost count on pushups and I have successfully completed the exercise. Sometimes the brain just gets in the way of one&#039;s ability to go beyond one&#039;s perception.
